Bereiding zonder Thermomix

Chop the vegetables in pieces and put them in a measuring cup except the avocado.

Bring the water to the boil together with the vegetable bouillon.

Add about a third of the broth and mix smooth, then add the rest of the water with the avocado and blend again briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and/or some soy sauce.

  • 1 bunch of watercress
  • 2 stalks of white celery
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 cubes vegetable bouillon
  • 1 avocado
  • Optional soy sauce
